BOOK: How to weather together

Community Weathering Station events have been on hold for a bit while Astrida Neimanis and I complete a book which includes some of our collective work and some of the work we do individually using the concept “weathering” as a guide.

The book is called “How to weather together: Feminist Practice for Climate Change” and is forthcoming with Bloomsbury Academic in 2025. There are four theory chapters (feminist theory for climate change, weather, weathering and infrastructure) and five practice chapters (weathering the university, feeling research, finding community, grounding planetary health, walking the fringes) and an epilogue. Between each chapter are little insets which correspond with practices that animate/activate the theory, or guide you to replicate (for your own ends) the practices/methods that we describe in the practice chapters.
